I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Mutyala’s office due to poor communication and scheduling an eye surgery procedure. My appointment was scheduled three months in advance, but it was later changed by the doctor’s office. To make matters worse, I was expected to schedule a surgery in less than 24 hours’ notice for 6:30am which was unrealistic and difficult to accommodate. Lack of communication and professionalism!
Dr Mutyala did my Lasik yesterday and I was thoroughly impressed!!!! Seconds after the surgery I could see across the room . Pain was moderate but went away by the end of the day . Highly recommended!!!
