Booked a business to business load with Rohit @ Mutual. Client forced to us offload floor-loaded freight at a residential house in the middle of a forest. Rohit pretended not to know me on the phone. horrible experience and cheap below market rates.
Recommend not working with them. Hauled freight from States 5 months ago - still not got paid yet. Not sure if they’re bankrupt?
Do not haul any loads for this company and stay away. They will put your company name on Freight guard for being little late also.
Fraud people! If you’re working on shipment with them - good luck to you. Avoid this broker - specifically Sohail!
