They do not answer emails. Placed an order a week ago- no shipping confirmation, no replies.

The customer service at this company is terrible! Being blatantly lied to and then immediately disrespected by management and hung up on makes it a big hell no that I will never ever shop or recommend this company to anyone. I would recommend some good ol fashion people skills training and conflict resolution classes for Jim especially. What a disappointment. 6 week shipping delay. Kept getting strung along with "oh it will ship next Friday". Well, it sucks to break customer promises. I was suppose to receive this delayed shipment today. But low and behold they used slow UPS ground shipping. and it will take another 3 business days (5 counting the weekend). The problem with Mutual Screw's online store is you really have no idea if something is acually in stock.
