I've had various dealings with Mutual over the last 5 years and they have been great at addressing any issues we've had.

They are very rude. I would not recommend this company as a property management company to anyone. There are a lot of better options around the area.

We've had repeated issues with flooding due to shoddy landscaping that MRM had contracted out to a different company. MRM has been notified many times for two years now about the issue, they refuse to fix it. Tens of thousands of dollars amd two years later, the problem persists. They don't clean the gutters on buildings, they don't repair storm damage to siding. What exactly do they do? Great company. They try non stop to get better at what they do. If you really communicate well you'll see results!
