Brain was excellent. When I had questions, he was very quick to respond, and I had a lot of questions. He communicated with me the way "I" wanted, which was email or text. He only called when necessary and always asked me if it as OK to call before he did. This was huge for me, and greatly appreciated. He made the process quick and painless. Thank you Brain!
