I like the process of completing mortgage on-line and the closing in my home. The 6 step process was helpful as the mortgage moved along. **** was excellent in communicating, making sure of documentation requirements and **** helped to complete the refinance.

Such a fast, smooth and efficient process in doing a refinance. Our lender was so easy to work with and he emailed and texted us and kept us right up to speed on and let us know as soon as we received an email. Our refinance was done in 3 weeks.
