After getting pre approved for a refinance mortgage loan with almost $100G in Equity. Even paying $450 for the appraisal. And a week later they deny my loan because I had started a new job 4 months ago to better myself in the same Industry that I've been in for 33yrs they deny the loan.Only to say that we're sorry.But you're out your $450.Not very professional. Others may have had a better experience but I'm not happy with all that wasted time.As some mortgage companies will not except that appraisal.
I could not of had a better refinance experience than I had with ****. He was there for me every step of the way with what documents I needed to get together and walk me through each step of the way. Thank you, ****, for making this one of the eases refinance I have ever had!!
