They were able to work around the lack of appraisers in the city and closed on time with no issues. Im very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage lender!
Very highly recommend! The whole process couldnt have been any easier and they communicated from start to finish. We never looked into refinancing because the process seemed daunting. Had we known it would be this easy, we would have done this years ago.
