Liked the straight talk. Before Mutual of Omaha, I was using a company that simply used my lowest instead of my middle credit rating to determine my refinance rate. Mutual of Omaha told me right away that they would use my middle score and reduced my refinance rate by one full point. I felt the other Company was just going through the motion and any score was okay with them but Mutual of Omaha, made sure they get their client the lowest rate possible. That customer care is very important

The rep I worked with was good and quick to respond. However, the re-fi process started 9/10 and just got funded on 11/9, so I think it took to long. Also, they kept going back and forth with my Employer for verification which was annoying.
The team's continued communication even more than a year later does lend me to believe that they still care and that we were not just a sale to get through and then be forgotten. It is definitely appreciated.
