No one likes all the time and paperwork involved in a mortgage refinance, but *** made everything go through without a hitch. Any problems were immediately taken care of and for the most part, I was kept in the loop regarding progress and what to expect. The only **** area was just before the closing where it seemed like I was in the dark forever, but was probably about a week's time. Everything was very good. The only issue I have is that I stated over and over that I did NOT want my homeowners insurance included in the escrow, yet - it got included, which, increased my payment. Not happy about that but the damage has been done.
It was a complicated re-fi but with the help of ************************* I ended up with a great loan at a great rate. ***** was immediately on top of every issue that came up.
We worked with the most excellent loan officer I've ever encountered. ************************* is a very kind, efficient, professional man who responded quickly to questions or concerns. ******* also provided us the multiple options we requested and gave us educated information. If anything I am sad I can only give 5 stars. The process was efficient and ran smoothly. It was a far better experience I have had in the past with other major banking corporations. It felt personal and I wasnt constantly on hold for some random team member, I always worked with ******** and ****** and they both always answered and always took care of me!

My refinance process couldnt have gone any better. It went so smoothly that I sit here in disbelief at how well it went. I would highly recommend working with Mutual of Omaha and feel as though their loan officers have your best interest in mind.
