From my request for rates, to closing, re-financing was smooth and a speedy process. Interest rate was good and so were closing cost for us. ***** was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He kept us up to date on what was going on with the process. I would recommend him and ********************** for your re-financing needs.
Matt was there for us throughout the whole process and always available to answer question whenever they arose. His knowledge was invaluable for us and I will recommend him to anyone we know looking to purchase or refinance a home.
********* was our rep and he said anything and everything to gain our confidence in him. When things started going left he would say his team dropped the ball and tell you to sign papers regardless if they were wrong to avoid a delay on the loan. MMI prides itself on providing superior customer service and is truly sorry to learn of your frustration with the loan experience. The investigation concludes that the escrow/reserve amounts weren't calculated correctly when the initial closing disclosures were submitted to you and had to be revised to reflect the accurate amount. From filing the initial refinance mortgage application with Mutual of Omaha, on-line to closing, the mortgage loan process was quick and easy. The entire process took somewhere around 30 days and the overall closing costs incurred were low. The loan officer and all the support staff were easily accessible by phone, text or email. They remained vigilant during the process to ensure everything went through without a hitch. The loan has now been fully funded at a very low and favorable rate.
