I recommend using *******. He was excellent! ******* communicated well and was transparent during the process. The entire process went smoothly from the initial application, the submission of paperwork to closing. No stress no worries. Just an overall good person looking to help a family of four.

No one likes all the time and paperwork involved in a mortgage refinance, but *** made everything go through without a hitch. Any problems were immediately taken care of and for the most part, I was kept in the loop regarding progress and what to expect. The only **** area was just before the closing where it seemed like I was in the dark forever, but was probably about a week's time. Everything was very good. The only issue I have is that I stated over and over that I did NOT want my homeowners insurance included in the escrow, yet - it got included, which, increased my payment. Not happy about that but the damage has been done.
It was a complicated re-fi but with the help of ************************* I ended up with a great loan at a great rate. ***** was immediately on top of every issue that came up.
