The rep didn't know what they were talking about, and they don't give you the fine print. We (HR and myself) asked if their short-term disability would cover certain issues, and the rep assured us they would. However, after signing up and trying to use the short-term disability, I was told it would not be able to be used for 6 months. Don't waste your money with this company, and definitely don't trust their reps.
