Ive been trying to cancel my policy for over a year now. Ive sent in at least 7+ of the same forms they keep telling me to fill out and send in. after I send it inheriting address they give me,I wait for a week and a half to give them a call. They ALWAYS say " they have never received any paperwork." UGHH!! IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL MY POLICY!!

Very unhappy that no matter what number I call I can't talk to anyone about the benefits that aren't on the answering information for the number nor on the website. Very unhappy.
