They are horrid. Refused to return any phone calls or voicemails. 2 months after the accident they tried to claim to their driver was not at fault after claiming responsibility at the scenes and after reversing into me in a parking lot. They lied about not having a recoded conversation with me, lied about communication with my insurance company, and lied about having my address and sending me letters of communication. I was with Mutual of Enumclaw for nearly 10 years with no accidents or tickets. I have one six-month period where there was both a speeding ticket and an accident and I get a call that they will no longer insure me. What a garbage company! No loyalty, no sign of forgiveness. I had been a perfect driver for a DECADE, and two things pop up and they drop me just like that. This company is a prime example of why insurance companies are evil and only care about their bottom line. TERRIBLE, SHAME
Easiest experience I have had with an adjuster so far. Melissa B. Was my adjuster and had my claim approved same day with no headache. I am blown away by the ease, and how pleasant this interaction was. I deal with adjusters all the time and hope I get to do business with Enumclaw and Melissa again.
