I've spent a total of four hours on hold over the past few days, trying to reach a representative to assist my father with updating his accounts. It's unacceptable to subject customers to such long wait times without offering alternative contact methods like call backs, emails, or chats.

terrible customer service, the worst. For 3 weeks straight and I am unable to talk to anyone. Multiple calls - no answer/ waited on phone - no answer, left voice mails - no calls returned, sent emails - no response. I can't wait to get my $$ out of there, but who knows how long that will be, since I get in touch with anyone. Frustrated!! Terrible customer service. I have been on the phone for 6 hours over two days. Still haven't talked to a person.
