Worst company I've ever used been waiting over a month of my money since switching jobs everytime I call never helpful if u need your money from here I'm sorry but they will have u jumping through hoops

I've spent a total of four hours on hold over the past few days, trying to reach a representative to assist my father with updating his accounts. It's unacceptable to subject customers to such long wait times without offering alternative contact methods like call backs, emails, or chats.
