The tenant did not pay the 3 months rent. They did not pay water or trash pickup for 2 years. Mutual is pathetic, they never care if the tenant is maintaining the house, changing filters or cutting grass. The tenant turned out brand new house into a mess. Worst experience with a property management company I have ever encountered. My roommate and I rented from mutual. Everything was peachy at first, and then the problems started happening. It was the middle of the winter and our furnace stopped working. This was actually a blessing in disguise. We found out later that the furnace was recalled 10 years ago and there were high levels of carbon monoxide all throughout the house.
