Rude staff. Says they are placing you on hold but really disconnect the call. When you call back they say they did not disconnect you and basically call you a liar. Been waiting over a month for my insurance card. They always say someone will call you back but no one does.
I have had poor service from this company! Just to find out the status of my claim, I had to call several times. The lag time from filing a claim to actually getting paid is awful, The receptionist was not very helpful. Not well run!
Unprofessional Service. Customer service team have no manners how to talk to providers. I called in to check claim status and lady who answered was saying that claim processing time is 180 days. very rude people. Management should have to take action on them.
I only used this company because it was through my employer. Val is never in the office, if they answer the phones at all. I constantly have to reach out to them to find out why they denied a claim or paid it out so late. Currently they sent a payment to the wrong hospital and wont pay the correct one until they get their money back from the first. The owed hospital was going to send me to collections if I didn't setup a payment plan. These people wont do their jobs unless you are on them daily.
