I would have given Zeek 6 stars, but only 5 were available. I've known Zeek for decades and he has always been a top hand and given me great service. He has a wealth of knowledge and contacts, knows the products and is friendly and easy to work with (99.9% of the time :) ). Zeek keeps the yard clean and VERY organized. Some of the worst customer service that I have ever received - The staff (Specifically Shelly) in the front office have no clue what they are doing and it took them nearly 25 minutes to figure out how to refund my credit card on a return. I would avoid this place like the plague!
Visiting the Durham branch Zeek who works in the yard is hands on and knows his products. I've had many years of excellent service from Zeek. If you ask for Zeek you will be in excellent hands. I can't say enough of his excellent customer service!
Amazing for block brick and cultured stone
The guys working out in the yard are always professional and on it. But the 2 young women working inside the shop have been rude and a little condescending each time I’ve come in. Definitely seems like this must be their first job, fresh out of high school or something. In addition to the fact that around 10% of the material I purchased from here was broken upon delivery. Thankfully there are lots of other hardscaping suppliers in the area, I’ll be going to Valley Landscape Center next time.
