THE PHONE LISTED FOR MUTUAL MANAGEMENT IN PHOENIX RINGS BUT NO ONE ANSWERS AND THERE IS NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!! I have tried to contact the office for several weeks now. After 20 plus years of dealing with Mutual Management a one star rating is a stretch. What does Bill do? Mutual Management deserves NO stars. They do not 'guide' or professionally suggest recommendations to our Board, FOR THE BETTERMENT of our community. Our 'project manager' MAY visit our property once a month and when speaking w/him on the phone; he's PUT OFF with ANY reasonable grievances; hence, nothing is EVER addressed. As an owner of 23 years, I've seen our development grossly neglected and our Board Members are blindly 'sales pitched' into keeping this greedy & unethical management company w/o listening to the 120 owner... read more
