I am deeply disappointed in the way Mutual Management handled my situation. When my wife was incarcerated, I attempted to work with the company to have my name added to the lease so I could stay in the apartment we shared. We love Mutual Management!! We have been renting from them for 11 years. Everybody in the office is so nice, and they really do care about their tenants. The maintenance team is great too. Whenever we've had an issue they've come quickly and work to get it fixed. We highly recommend them!
Terrible management company company was sold to new management and we were never informed they refused to take our rent and refused to fix our water and heat will be reporting them to better business bureau
