Two years in a row as the homeowner I had to call this agency to request my policy renewal documents. This year my policy lapsed for hazard insurance and their answer was the person who was handling my policy is no longer with the company as if it were my fault. Their renewal offer for my policy went from 2K a year to a ridiculous quote of 7K for my home, no other options were offered. I have been with this insurance company for years. I had an incident I reported and they increased my insurance by 200%. The insurance company completed the investigation and found no evidence of negligent from my unit. The insurance agent did not receive my calls or replied to my emails. The insurance agency did not reduce my insurance quote. I consider them very unprofessional.
