Service tech did not know what he was doing, wasted an hour and just put the old part back in. This was after he “said” it needed replacement and then “said” all is good Still billed $232 for the winter service and lol he changed was the filter! VERY DISAPPOINTED
Mutual's technicians are good, but the company's customer service is a nightmare. They rude and uncooperative.
I hired Mutual to replace my central AC and they did a fantastic job. Their techs are respectful and knowledgeable.
