Hassan did my oil service and was incredibly kind and professional. He checked everything in my car, fixed part of my bumper, and adjusted the tire pressure all at no extra charge. He only charged me for the oil change without me even asking. Very humble, generous, and excellent at what he does. Highly recommend Mutual Auto Service.

I personally had terrible experience with this shop several times, they fixed my care I paid 850$ then the next day, same problem when I reached them out, they were super rude and said your car does not have any problem we fixed it and your done go somewhere else. I got very disappointed then I tried O'Reilly and purchased parts and fixed it my self. They sell used parts, get high price, rude communication, zero customer service. Never ever try this shop. No customer service at all I am coming 2 times in a day they told me come after 20 minutes I come but there is no on to help me with my car break 0 customer service
I didn’t like the customer service I got and manager was very rude. Gave me a quote without explanation for break works . When I asked questions he wouldn’t answer the break down of labor and parts . I will never go back there again. I will not recommend this place
