They're not as loyal as a small, hometown bank. Unfortunately relationships don't mean anything to them.
Mutual First is a great place to bank and hold a loan with. I've banked with them for a couple of years and always have been happy. I recently had the experience of originating an auto loan with Dylan and it was a very easy process. Dylan was thorough and on the ball. He did a great job. After shopping multiple banks around town, they also gave me a fantastic interest rate and the lowest I could find in Omaha! I'd highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Mutual First Federal!
Worst banking experience ever. New debit cards sent out June 2024 due to change in service but no literature on date of activation or anything. When trying to activate early, system says cannot activate until July 10th. I talked to a representative in June who called because I can’t have two debit cards now in their system and while on the phone with her, I asked specifically on how this would go as I was traveling in July.
