Mahalia and Karl were fantastic with our new puppy, Goose! We did in-home private trainings so our whole family including our daughter could participate. They were both so kind, patient and clear with the training skills. They were very understanding when our daughter got distracted during training and stayed patient with her. We enrolled our pug in a 6-week training course with Mahalia when he turned a year old, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She didn’t just train our dog—she taught US how to properly train him, which made all the difference. We were able to correct some behaviors while also building a strong foundation with basic training. We appreciate Karl and team so much for their time and expertise with training our rescue dog, Hubble. Hubble’s main training goals are with separation anxiety. With six sessions, Karl was able to arm us with tools and methods to help Hubble become a less anxious dog and calmer when strangers are nearby. Hubble can now stay for up to 12 minutes quietly at home, which is a huge improvement from him being upset when we would just walk to the door. I can't say enough good things about Mutts + Munch. Karl and team helped us introduce a new puppy into our home with our aggressive 10yr old French Bull Dog Hudson. The team created 5 sessions of private training for us, using positive, non aggressive dog training techniques. We got homework after each session and worked with Hudson everyday. Mahalia was an absolutely amazing trainer for our boy Clover. He was a little crazy so she had some assistance so we are also grateful for sage and Karl for taking extra time with clover. Clover has progressed great through the 6 weeks with Mutts + Munch training program. I highly recommend them!
