My 5 year old pup has been going to the groomers here since he was about a year old. Our morkie has skin allergies and anxiety and when we point out his issues, they always treat him with the best care! He comes out looking so dapper too. �� Love Mutts and co!
Such great customer service. The staff treat both me and my pets like they've known us forever. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
They were out of the food I needed but offered to contact another store to see if it was there-not only was it but the girl working offered to pick it up while she was there the next day and bring it back to the New Albany store to make it convenient for me. She also called me to let me know when it was there. Sadie also offered some samples to hold over my pup until I could pick it up. Excellent customer service!!!
This place is AMAZING!! Winston loves all the food a toys we get here! Super helpful staff if you have any questions!
I took my foster in for her first grooming and they were great. It was quick and easy and she looks and smells great. They even posted her adoption event on their fb page. I would recommend for sure!
