RecommendedKacie H is the best! My dog Hank has been going to her for grooming for 3 years and she is fantastic. During the quarantine I had to go somewhere else, and I was so disappointed. I usually wait longer just so he can see her. She loves on him when he comes in and he always looks so great! She takes her time with him, and it shows! Thank you Kacie!!!
The ladies at Mutt & Co have been extremely helpful with taking care of my anxious dog who does not like getting his nails cut. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
Apparently you can not return an item purchased from the Polaris Location for a refund at another store. I tried at the New Albany location and was told all their system at that store would allow is a store credit. If I want a refund (bought the item 2 days ago) I have to take it back to Polaris. Inconvenient.
I love this store! Great staff, great selection, and they were so helpful when I had a question about a product I was buying for my dog.
This place is absolutely amazing! They're so helpful with our puppy mill rescues. They definitely help these puppers on their way to better lives!
I go there for some treats for my dog and I just tried thr self serve wash for bathing my dog. y'all it's a great service for really reasonable too!! will definitely use this service again!
staff are great, My dog has a no grain diet and I am able to get what she needs there. And my dog loves to go there for her 'spa day' .
