THE FRESHEST & BEST SASHIMI IN SEATTLE, I lived in Hawaii and it's literally just as fresh. The staff and chef are incredible and take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows through their food. I have eaten at most of the "popular" sushi restaurants downtown and this is far better. If you enjoy more traditional japanese sushi and enjoy various sashimi's, the chef has a true passion and takes so much pride in the quality of the fish creating a unique opportunity to get what you would only normally in hokkaido japan.
