Dr. Velusamy treated me for a heart attack in the ER. Not only did he save my life on that very scary Saturday night, he was so caring and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. He also took the time to explain everything to my family as well as answered any questions that they had. Not only is he an amazing DR, he is an amazing caring man. On behalf of me and my family, Thank you so much Dr. Velusamy.

I highly recommend Dr, Velusamy as a cardiologist. I first met him in the cath lab at the hospital where I was taken while experiencing severe upper back pain. He performed a cardiac cath procedure where he discovered I had a 100% blocked coronary artery along with three other severely blocked coronary arteries. He recommended I have bypass surgery, which I had two days later. I credit Dr. Velusamy with helping save my life and he has been my cardiologist ever since.

This wonderful man saved my boyfriend's life. He is a very very good humble doctor. I would recommend him to anyone needing cardiologist. I actually look forward to seeing him. No long waits. Nice very informative receptionists and believe me I know I'm from New York so the professionalism I get from the ladies here are top.

The Cardiovascular Institute of America is an extremely well-managed, well organized and observably dedicated medical provider. Dr. Velusamy is highly competent, noticeably courteous and clearly interested in the well being of his patients. His calming manners and respectful patience are genuine and very sincere. It is quite obvious that his leadership sets a shining example for his staff, as they strive to offer and maintain the highest standard of care I have experienced in quite a while.

I find Dr. Velusamy very easy as far as discussing symptoms, treatments and all health issues. He is very informative and very clear. He gives me full answers and I very much appreciate that. The front office staff is very efficient as well.

Hi Everyone, I have visited Dr. Muthusamy Velusamy for my leg pain issue which I was not able to walk more than a mile continuously & chest pain which I had been facing the issue from several years. He is very friendly & listens to you and focus on the issue & explains to you with patients what causing the issue & resolved it. Most important thing he has all the latest medical equipment devices for all examination related. I am happy to write this review. all I would say he is the best Doctor :)

I have been a patient of Dr. M. Velusamy for the past 9 months and I can say without any hesitation he knows his craft and wastes no time in putting you on the right path for becoming healthy again. He is direct but still has compassion. You come in for your appointment he does not rush you through so he can see the next patient. Now keep that in mind when your waiting your turn to see him. I am also going to mention Dr. Velusamy has helped me with my A-Fib. very happy I chose him. Kevin P.....

I FIRST MET DR VELUSAMY AT TAMPA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL WHEN I WAS HAVING PALPITATIONS, NO ONE KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME. DR VELUSAMY CAME STRAIGHT FROM HIS OFFICE AT 5 PM TO THE HOSPITAL AND HE TOLD ME HE FOUND MY PROBLEM!!! I FELT LIKE I WON THE LOTTERY BECAUSE I SUFFERED FOR 20 YEARS FROM MY ISSUE AND IT KEPT GETTING WORSE. HIS GENTLE MANNER AND INTELLIGENCE INSPIRED ME. I PUT 100% TRUST IN HIM. I'M STILL SO AMAZED THAT NO ONE HAD ANSWERS BUT HE FIGURED IT OUT!!! HE IS MY ANGEL, I LOVE HIM!!!
