I am so blessed and lucky to have gotten counseling through Mustard Seed Family counseling. Miss Bonnie is truly an angel set from above as she guided me through my darkest moments of life. If anyone needs counseling in variety, areas of life, definitely go here. I wish I could give 100 stars because they are truly amazing, compassionate, nurturing… I don’t say this slightly because I’ve been to other counseling places that just didn’t cut it, but the team here is just plain amazing.
Found out the DAY of the appointment that they would not accept us as clients. They wasted 3 weeks of our time. I am honestly appalled. They barely gave us an hour notice. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
I liked coming here at the beginning. Lyana was understanding and made me feel heard. Fast forward a year and I am extremely disappointed in their unprofessionalism just as another reviewer stated. I had been with Lyana awhile and was offered FaceTime counseling appointments due to how busy my life style is and health issues that were going on. 6 months after being offered FaceTime appointments she wasn’t okay with it.
