Stopped in on a Saturday morning to have my 9 year old daughter checked out. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and made check in easy. We saw PA Bobbie and she was great! Very kind and knowledgeable. My poor kiddo unfortunately has strep but we were in and out with her diagnosis and prescription within 20 minutes.
Have gone to mustang urgent care several times ,I use to think access was the worst, but after Sundays experience I will never go there again. Was taken back,, tested for flu and strep. Put into the room,, aching badly I sat there only one other patient there, the nurse stepped in said test were negative and the dr would be right there. Another 15 min and was told the dr went to get food after 40 min of sitting with negative test I left, Dr's are not so important that they can show such lack of caring. **********************... read more
The professionalism at this place is non existent. At least from receptionists. This is my second bad experience. I thought the first time was a fluke but apparently not.
