After Hurricane Harvey we needed to store items that were in outside buildings which were ruined. We chose Mustang Storage because it was convenient for us as we live in Ingleside. We vacated the storage unit January 31, 2018, leaving it clean. We were supposed to receive a refund for our deposit. I have absolutely hounded them for our deposit. These people claim their units are climate controlled... this is not true... the storage units are all enclosed and the have a small wall ac above a door in a hallway and they are using that Sick Joke to claim the units are climate controlled! Additionally the charge you a large $65.00 key deposit which they tell you is refundable. I have cancelled checks to prove we paid on time every time... after we moved out Jason the manager called and left a voicemail that he was sending us the key refund... it never came.
