Think long and hard before you send your loved ones here. Unless you want a fast departure for your family member. 😒 oh and just got notification you must give 30 days notice of your loved ones death or you get to pay another month. What a joke !
There is no way to better this place other than closing it down. Missed showers, running out of medications, and under staffed. My MIL fell one night and waited 30 minutes on the floor. She had to yell for help. Others in her house have also fallen and ended up staying on the floor overnight. If you have a loved one here, get them out!! If you're thinking about moving your loved on in DON'T!!
Facility is substandard. Management (Rick Lee) is useless. Advertises “personal” mobility assistance and incontinence care. Lee claims this is not their job. Therefore, falls and UTIs are common. Be wary of these people.

RecommendedI don't recommend anyone take their loved ones here. the act they put on is unbelievable. then you move your loved ones in only to find out half the stories told were lies half the time there is only on employee unless State comes then they pull employee from every house to try cover themselves. they treat their dedicated workers like crap and fire them once they get sick and no longer benefits the company no matter how dedicated and how hard you work. o and then the try to appeal your decision to file unemployment because t... read more
Good place to live in.
My Mother has been a resident for more than a year. I am extremely dissapointed in the food service, quality, availability of fresh foods and ingredients to prepare a meal for senior citizens. Many of whom have difficulty eating and chewing some meals. Some who have dietary needs, as diabetes. Some of the staff recognizes these needs, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RESPOND.
