Colin was a real find! My email had been compromised and my desire to close it and set up a new account became more involved than anticipated. Yet the solutions came quickly to Colin. In less than two hours he completed lots of what needed to be done. A couple of times after his visit Colin responded to telephone calls when I needed additional assistance.
