They have had my car since the end of December and have charged my credit card 3 times totaling $2000.00. I have called and called and they will not give me a detail of work they did and pictures of proof that the work was done. I have left messages that I want my car returned and no answer. Car has been there for a month almost and every week I'm told it will be done. Went through heck trying to find the problem and its still not fixed. Even though they are sure they know what the problem is they won't fix it until all the other customers are taken care of. I'm sorry if you don't know what's wrong ask someone who may or let me know you can't help so I don't waste my time calling to check up and having to find rides to work and to pick up my son.
Great service , professional and knowledgable personnel as well as personable. They know how to explain the issues in laymen terms and to other professionals and present cost options to make sure each customer is satisfied.
