RecommendedOutstanding service. I flew into Pierre as one of my stops for the Flying SD Contest. Laurie went beyond duty to call SD National Guard Museum and even though there are closed for remodeling got the manager to open and sign my Passport book. As it turns out her grandfather was a Coronel in the SD National Guard. it happened to be Natalie's first day (actually first hour) and Laurie was in training with her. I was stranded there for a couple days waiting out a storm and every single employee was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond anything I would have expected. Thank you for making my first time in Pierre so great. I will definitely be back :)

Seriously one of the finest FBOs we've been to & that's quite a statement! The facilities are beautifully appointed, the staff extremely friendly & helpful. Any maintenance is done to a level of excellence rarely found. They are prompt , courteous & simply the most professional and competent service we've ever received. And here's the bonus; a great little gift shop with gorgeous jewelry! Bring some of that home gentlemen.
My husband and I stopped here overnight due to snow on our way to Wyoming. Everyone was welcoming and so helpful. They arranged a hotel reservation and ground transportation and took great care of our plane. Plus they have a cute little gift shop...love my Mustang Aviation t-shirt!
