Maimoon and staff were super responsive during the sales and closing process. They made everything understandable and were always available when I had any questions. Enjoyed working with Maimoon through this.
With over 25 years in the mortgage and insurance industry I would NOT hire him. I had him prepare a simple quit claim deed for my daughter and he added there was NO mortgage in which there was, as the closing of this new home, was this past April 2026. An experienced real estate attorney should not make a minor mistake like that. The Passaic County clerk's office rejected the document and now I have to have another real estate attorney handle it the right way because he doesn't want to fix HIS error. So stay away.
