Our salesman Daeon Dugas was fantastic! No pressure sales tactics and has check in on us several times. 100% recommend Daeon. He can help with any of the brands used or new. He treated us as family not a customer! The general manager Nathan Hebert truly stands behind their product. Nathan showed outstanding integrity and did all the right things to show how they value their customers. We live north of Lafayette but the drive to New Iberia for a new truck has proven to be the best decision we could of made!
Mileage incorrect. Last time no washer fluid. This time did fill but did not check on list. Boys could use Toyota training.
Comfortable waiting area. Was informed of need to clean battery. Oil change, etc, finished within an hour. Thanks for the great service.
Absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice and caring and communication was absolutely perfect. They told me when the parts for my truck were coming in and how long it would take and they were 100% correct.
