I want to thank George and LJ for making me feel so special. I know my rings will never compare to your gorgeous diamond No matter the price my rings are priceless to me. Not once did you make me feel I did not belong in Musson when I entered your amazing store to have my rings repaired. What an incredible experience and let’s not forget the gorgeous diamond. From the second I stepped into the store, I felt welcomed and valued. When i returned two weeks later to have my ring resized, the care and attention to detail still was top notch. Have never experienced a more personal, professional and prompt service in any other jewellery store around the world. Highly recommend Musson for quality diamonds, gemstones, jewellery and personalised service.
Musson is a fraud, cheated my 10% GST deposit by creating government policy tax withholding because of COVID. They promised me when I’m boarding, just send picture to them, they will refund my GST. But they don’t want to refund, they want it to be credit shopping in shop. Also, breaking oral promises that refused which I prepaid fees 3rings crafting and one pair of earrings modelling, worthy $10000/one model, refused to refund the crafting fees as well. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Frankie, who made our wedding ring shopping experience truly special. He was kind, thoughtful, and took the time to carefully explain every detail.
