The bid was clear and complete. All adders to the bid were initiated by us, and fully discussed before the work began. All work was scheduled quickly and they held to the schedule. The work was done well and we were charged exactly what we agreed to. Darin was also very helpful dealing with the city of Richland for us and removing the electrical box in our front yard. We are very happy.

We hired Musser Landscaping again this summer after a positive experience with them last summer. The crews showed up on time, where professional, and worked very hard. They are extremely knowledgeable and talented. Last year, they completely redid the drip irrigation system setting up zones that grouped plants with similar watering needs. This year, they put in a paver patio, which turned out amazing (see the photos). We know all this work will last for a long time. Update: Changing my 1 star review to 4 stars. I was called by Brett first thing Monday morning about my review and to discuss how to make it right. I was apologized to, there was polite conversation on why he didn't wait/text/call at appointment time, apologized for me not receiving the estimate, he said it was completed. I was asked why I gave a one star review vs contacting the company. I think that I have already sent in a review. However, after some consideration.......I have found 5 sprinkler heads buried under fabric and stone. Hmm. How to explain that? I can't think of a way. Lazy, not caring, unprofessional, lack of supervision, lack of supervising the supervisor. Not my concern but it seemed like one man was sitting most of the time (like half of a day) waiting on something or another.
