I ordered 4 Norway Spruce trees. Two were DOA. The other two died a little more slowly. I was refunded for 3 of them as the final one hadn't completely died yet when I notified them. I live in Idaho. I think it was too far for bare root trees to survive shipping the way they were packaged. It didn't end up being worth taking the chance since shipping cost as much as the trees.
Great, quality selection of trees, evergreens, bushes and perennials. Great garden center, helpful staff, reasonable prices
