Placed order for a 6x6x20PT on Thursday morning to be delivered following Friday. Was told it would not be an issue and was charged $200 for the order. Friday came and gone with no 6x6 on site. Called Saturday and left a voicemail requesting a call back first thing Monday morning with the status of what happened with no call. Around 7am that Monday I had called again and was told they did not try to delivered it and was waiting for a truck to be in the area before doing so. Not open on Saturday, just shows you they charge to much during the week. Typical lancaster county business.
This is the worst experience I've ever had there. Purchased 2 sheets of HDF pegboard And the lumber yard worker said that they wrote it up as regular peg board and not white which wasn't true. So in the process of loading my car with the wrong order he ended up tearing the upholstery inside my vehicle. When he went to correct his mistake and come back with the correct pegboard he ended up scuffing the molding of the back door. Bull in a China shop treatment.
