This is the worst experience I've ever had there. Purchased 2 sheets of HDF pegboard And the lumber yard worker said that they wrote it up as regular peg board and not white which wasn't true. So in the process of loading my car with the wrong order he ended up tearing the upholstery inside my vehicle. When he went to correct his mistake and come back with the correct pegboard he ended up scuffing the molding of the back door. Bull in a China shop treatment. The customer service goes far beyond expectations
I am disappointed with the customer service from sales staff and management. Salesman ordered the wrong doors and would not fix their mistake. I was told the doors were special ordered even though they were standard size doors.When I asked to deal with a manger I never received a call back. I spent over $30K on supplies at this store and no one cared enough to fix the problem. Would not recommend.
