My company hosted a training session in Louisville this week and a group of us (approximately 20) decided to dine here tonight. The service was excellent; our primary server was patient and informative while also seamlessly working with others to best meet our needs. I absolutely love this place!! But I don't love the fact that I got turned down for a carry out order because they are "too busy". This is how you end up losing customers because of a terrible excuse like that especially when carry out saves a lot of time for the entire place!! How hard is it to box something and send the customer on their way?!?! I don't know if I will ever give them my business again. So sad.

As you know we try and put our customers experience first and in this particular situation we were trying to accommodate everyone as best as we could. This particular day there was a large amount of business and to be honest we can only handle so much before extending food waiting time past an appropriate time for dining guest, often in these situations we stop taking Togo orders to keep the integrity and preparation time of the food to our normal standards. Loved this place. We've been looking for a great burger place. This is it. There is so much more to enjoy if burgers aren't for you.
Those braised short rib nachos! I'm recommending this spot to everyone I see.
Great mussels. Would definitely go back and try some different variations of the dish!
Great service! Burgers were awesome too. My group got different ones so we could try several ones. Sauces taste different than you'd think. Nachos are amazing!

Mussels were great! Stayed with the seafood theme with a seafood burger. Best I've had!!!! Though it is difficult to eat with two hands.
Love this place, this family knows what they are doing. Can't wait for the second location to open!!!
