As someone who has many friends with celiac/ gluten sensitivity disease it’s a true shame that this place can call itself a “Burger bar” but not even offer a gluten free bun. I’m not the entitled type to expect every place to accommodate such allergy restrictions, HOWEVER, I don’t see how a place can pride itself in “cool progressive” food yet still only offer a burger wrapped in lettuce as a “GF” option. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had! My server, Dave recommended the maple syrup aioli to go with my sweet potato fries and I couldn’t have agreed more. It was perfect. I will definitely be back!
