My go-to gym every time I’m in Ptown! Mussel Beach Health Club is the place to work out when you’re in town. Always spotless, packed with great equipment, and let’s be honest… the eye candy doesn’t hurt either! Rick, the owner is amazing—super helpful and just the sweetest. Whether you’re lifting heavy or just getting in a quick cardio session before the beach, this place has everything you need. Pro tip: grab the weekly pass—it’s the best deal around. Can’t wait to be back and break a sweat again soon!

The staff has been so lovely and welcoming. Mussel Beach has been the perfect home away from home. Great equipment and a clean environment. Definitely recommend a week pass! 🏋️‍♂️

There are two gyms in Ptown. I’ve tried both before deciding which one to join, and Mussel Beach has been the clear winner from the start. I was welcomed by a friendly staff who showed me all the amenities, they have a sauna and a variety of classes. But what really caught my eye, and was probably the deciding factor, is how clean and bright the gym is. It truly makes you want to work out. I highly recommend this gym, whether for a short stay or a longer membership.

Decent gym. Some of the equipment is dated but works out for a simple routine. Wish the sauna was open.

Some of the equipment seems older and the price is high for a day pass (it pushes you into paying slightly more for a week pass). But for someone who only is in town long enough go once, it was high. That said, it has showers and dry sauna, and enough equipment to get what you need done. As others noted, the place is kept clean and maintained the few times I’ve been.
