This business deserves a minus 5 star. Not a one.I took my area rug to this business for cleaning. The rug had an odor, and needed cleaning. They kept my rug for about 2 weeks. When I got it back,supposedly, cleaned, it was covered in animal hair, (not by any pet I ever owned), and it reeked. Worse than when I took in for cleaning.I had to spend money a second time, (different company), to get my rug clean and deodorized. I am thoroughly dissatisfied. There should be a option for no star rating. *************
RecommendedI brought in a 110-year-old rug that I bought when I was a Second Lieutenant after the Gulf War in Iraq. It is one of my most prized possessions besides my West Point ring. My rug suffered a bit of damage in the last 30 plus years of Army moves and the only place I would bring it in for repair would be here. Purchased a pad for my existing rug from them. They actually recommended to me that I should have a pad. I am so glad that they did, because I thought I could get by without. It has made all the difference. They are friendly and professional. They came out fast and measured the pad to fit, lifted my heavy couch and put down the pad. Very happy with them and would recommend to everyone.
Michael & Neil picked up my Dining Room rug for cleaning. We had returned from a trip & our dog soiled our rug even tho she had someone staying with her. I thought it wouldn’t come clean & if it did would probably have to replace the fringe. They brought the rug back today. It is beautiful. They did a fabulous job. My rugs were picked up at my house and delivered back to me at the promised time. The folks who picked them up were polite and professional. My rugs look fantastic: they actually look brand new and they are all 25+ years old. Additionally, I have never seen the fringe and boundary areas look so clean. I and my family have been buying their rugs and using their cleaning service since 1980. There is simply no one who is better at what they do. I highly recommend them!
