This wasn't a good experience at all. I feel ripped off and I can't trust them to come back in my home.
Keith at Muskoka Wide Plumbing did all the plumbing in our cottage, bunkie and boathouse. He and his team gave excellent advice, did exceptional work and have always been incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!!!!
We had a loss of our water supply at our cottage. Muskoka Wide were there first thing in the morning. Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and had everything needed. New pump, back on line. Exceptional service!!!
Had an urgent plumbing issue. Keith was kind enough to come over on his way home from dinner with his family. He was able to quickly help with the issue and help plan for next steps.
Urgently needed plumbing work done and was out of town away from the property. Gave Keith a call and he had the problem resolved then next day. Quality work done with great communication and efficiency. Well done gents
