I had an appointment at 2:00 and when I got there they were shutdown for training. I drove almost an hour. If they knew they were going to be closed they should have contacted everyone with an appointment and let them know. I wasn't the only person there wondering what was going on. I even got the reminder call the day before. Unprofessional.
Nurse Loretta is the very best, she talks to you like a human. Thank you for going above and beyond!
