Sigrid Hutchins I would not trade this clinic for any other! Friendly, helpful and the MD's are good, helpful and good listeners, moreover caring. I have been a patient here for years now including at the older blgd. ( torn down )that use to been here. Miss my former DO... C. Bonner. I would tell them 2 go 2 Columbus 2 get QUALITY care. It would be nice if they would answer the phone when people call. I would say ur receptionist is either on break or totally not doing their job. The health care in this city is A JOKE. u either half to go to Genesis who rushes u through with out a diagnosis or deal with u people who never answer the phone. I have management experience, & let me tell u, this is NO WAY to run a business.

Slow even with scheduled appointments. A few of the nurses have been short and rude. A couple of the Drs didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Dental is a HUGE no there. I've known several people that have had their teeth messed up after cleanings or getting a cavity filled. A lot of times they don't even try to fix the tooth they just wanna pull it.
